Being the Residency Program Director at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances is the highlight of my job. The work our residents have participated in has helped the growth of new clinical services, enhanced relationships with medical staff and nursing, and overall has made our department an awesome place to work. I get the greatest degree of professional fulfillment when I see residents set goals for themselves and then watch as they actually realize and exceed them. Knowing I can help budding clinicians on the road to their dreams is so rewarding!
