You can make a difference in the lives of others by volunteering at Trinity Mother Frances- Winnsboro! Our volunteers have served the patients of Winnsboro since 1960, providing support in most areas of the hospital.
Volunteers commit to a minimum of 30 hours of service over a three-month period. Most work one day a week for a four-hour shift in the morning or afternoon.
For just a few hours a week you can help others, meet new people, use your skills and gain new ones. Our volunteers also have access to seminars, health screenings and other special events.
Celebrating 50 Years
The first hospital auxiliary chapter in Winnsboro was organized in 1960. Twenty-three women completed nurse's aide training at the hospital and five members completed licensed vocational nurses courses.
In 1986, the auxiliary group became Volunteer Services. Today, almost 30 volunteers dedicate about 8,000 hours of service annually. We are proud of our volunteers who help enhance community health through service with compassion, excellence and efficiency.
