Lifeline In Action

If you need help, one press of the "Help" button will activate the in-home communicator unit. The "Help" button is small, lightweight and waterproof and connects you directly to a caring Lifeline Representative who will talk to you to determine what kind of help you need. With Lifeline, a personal emergency response system, in your home you can enjoy your freedom, and still feel secure that someone is there for you when you need them.

Need Assistance?
Push the Personal Help Button.

Activate the in-home Communicator Unit.

As a Lifeline subscriber you establish a list of "responders" - friends, neighbors or relatives - who will come to your home to check on you.  Our Lifeline Monitors have the training to call for the appropriate king of help -- whether it's one of your responders or an ambulance.

"Hello, Mrs. Brandt, this is Bill from Lifeline. Do you need help?"
"Yes, Yes...
I've slipped in my kitchen!"

"I'll call your neighbor Helen and send her right over. Now just try to relax."

While people choose Lifeline for a number of reasons, they remain subscribers largely because of the caring response they get from Lifeline Monitors every time they push their Personal Help Button.

"Mrs. Watson, this is Lifeline. Your neighbor Mrs. Brandt fell in her kitchen and she's a little shaken."
"I'll run right over.
I've got her key right here."

Lifeline takes time to learn all about you, so that when you press your Personal Help Button the highly trained Lifeline Monitor who answers your call knows your special needs and interests before you say a single word.

Moments later...Mrs. Watson arrives at Mrs. Brandt's home.

"Mrs. Watson, this is Bill from Lifeline. How is Mrs. Brandt doing?"

The price of Lifeline is extremely affordable, and there is no requirement to make a long-term commitment. Join the thousands of others who enjoy the freedom of living on their own thanks to Lifeline.

"She can't put any pressure on her hip, so I'm afraid to move her. You better call an ambulance."
"I'll call now. Could you press the button to signal us when they arrive?"

Don't wait until you have an emergency to call Lifeline, we encourage you to check in with us every month just so you know we're here for you.

"They're taking her to the hospital right now. I'll lock up the house and look after her cat."
"Thanks Mrs. Watson. I'll call her daughter Carol and her nurse, Jenny."

Lifeline provides peace of mind for you and your loved ones.

"Carol Rossi."
"Hi, Mrs. Rossi. This is Bill from Lifeline. Your mother fell in the kitchen and...."

In addition to your responders, you can establish special contacts that Lifeline can contact to inform of your status.

"Is she all right?
What happened?"
"We called an ambulance and they said she was fine."

With the press of a button, we are here for you. 24-Hours a day. Seven days a week.

"They took her to Mother Frances Hospital, just to be safe."
          "I'll give them a call."

Your health and well being is our top priority.

"And don't worry about her cat, she's with Mrs. Watson."
          "Thanks so much."

We're with you for the journey.
