• It is very important that you be here on time.

What to expect:

• The night technologist will greet you and show you to your bedroom for the evening at 9:00 p.m.
• You will be asked to change into your nightclothes.
• A series of electrodes will be attached to your head, chin, chest, stomach and legs to monitor the different activity during the sleep study.
• Around the time of your normal bedtime, you will then lay down to go to sleep for the evening.
• The technologist will be monitoring all the different activity throughout the evening.
• In the morning you will be awakened by the technologist, disconnected from the electrodes and dismissed.
