Respite Care Program

Our volunteers, ages 14 and older, get to be a “buddy” to one assigned special needs child and give family members a time to refresh, restore and renew. Our Respite Care Program allows families with a special needs child time to enjoy new activities and favorite pastimes, and an opportunity to maintain stability in their lives on the third (3rd) Saturday of every month from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. . You will get to spend precious time with your “buddy” playing, reading, making crafts or just talking.

Apply: Please complete the online Respite Care Program Application or e-mail your name, address and phone number or call Volunteer Services for more information.
